Prince William A.K.A the Duke suprised to Kate Middleton last year's Birthday was an adorable puppy named Lupo but the Duke would have to do better this year as she celebrated her 31st birthday on

We heard through the grapevine that Wills may have something very special hidden under his present-buying hat... a house!
It's rumoured that Wills is splashing out on a £5 million pad in the Home Counties, where pregnant Kate can relax away from prying eyes.
For her 30th, Kate's sis Pippa reportedly planned an all-swinging all-dancing eighties-themed shindig for the Princess, though it's thought to be a much more laid back affair this year... Being pregnant is the best excuse to put her Royal feet up.
