Job Title: SME Sales Manager
Location: Kano
Job Description
- To reach out to and acquire new customer base as well as engaging existing customers via volume channels and to meet/and exceed financial and business objectives.
- Take the lead to develop and implement sales campaigns/programs.
- Work with distributors and volume channel to ensure the execution of these programs.
- Work closely with marketing team and sales teams in in the attainment of the sales and business development goals.
- Implement volume campaigns/programs.
- Tap on alliance network such as 3rd party vendors to extend new accounts and markets
- Analyze metrics to measure channels' performance.
- Manage and monitor the development of new channel partners to drive sales and quota achievement.
- Responsible for developing sales pipeline, co-selling with channel partners.
- Responsible for quarterly and annual quota achievement.
- Training channel partners' sales and marketing teams on products and implementing customer promotions through the channel partner.
Job Conditions: Normal MTN working conditions. May be required to work extended hours.
Reporting To: Senior Manager, SME Sales
Qualification/Experience
- First degree in Marketing or any other related discipline
- Masters degree in Sales or Marketing
- 8 years work experience of which:
- 4 years within the sales function of an FCMG environment
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Telecoms and business management experience will be an added advantage.
