23 year old Karmello, from Detroit, Michigan, US is said to be addicted to using black market bum-boosting injections. Karmello says she has used about 54 injections over the last three years to fill her back side with an enormous two liters of liquid.
She
gladly told how she used the dangerous jabs to swell her backside from a
size four to a size 10, but claims to need more of the jabs.
According to her, she needs the unknown chemicals to obtain the "perfect" figure - with another 36 planned.
Surprisingly, the mother of one has never received a single jab form a plastic surgeon, but from an unlicensed woman in hotel rooms.
