Woman Found Sleeping With 16-Year-Old Biological Son in Hotel

A 32-year-old woman faces charges of incest and other allegations in Napa County Superior Court after she was arrested on suspicion of sleeping with her 16-year-old biological son from Napa, according to court documents.
Mistie Atkinson, of Nice, Lake County, was arrested on a warrant in early March in Ukiah, where police allegedly found her in a hotel room with the boy, according to court documents.
She was charged on March 2 in Napa with incest, or-al copulation of someone under the age of 18, contact with a minor for ‘S’ offense, and sending harmful matter to her biological son, according to the complaint.
Atkinson pleaded not guilty to all the charges on March 9. Her next hearing is May 10.
Napa police said in a court filing that videos captured from the boys phone show Atkinson allegedly performing oral ‘S’ and engaging in sXual intercourse with the teenager. The videos were dated Feb. 3 and Feb. 4, police said.
